Analysis Based On The Needs Of Clients Highway Service Area Configuration

Along with the boosting of our country's expressway construction, our country's expressway construction has been gradually displaying it's maladjustment on the service area programming and construction. On the basis of enumeration the problem of the service area construction, this article analyzes the reason of problem, and puts forward the service area function scheme founded on the demanding analyzing of the service objects.This article starts from analyzing the expressway service objects and their demands, tries to explain the rationality of service area function scheme. During the process of analyzing the expressway service objects and their characteristics, this article breaks through the limits of scholar before that they studied the vehicle objects only. This article studies the service objects on deeper administrative levels such as travelers, goods, drivers etc. At the foundation that subdivided the expressway service objects in reason, this article analyzes the service object's demands of every administrative level, stands out that different administrative level has different service object demands. According to the conclusion of analyzing the expressway service objects and their demands, this article brings forward the method of deploying the function of service area, and emphasizes the difference that expressway of different administrative level has to deploy service area of different function.
