The continuous progress of science and technology has promoted the vigorous development of the transportation industry.At the same time,the high-speed development of the highway industry has put forward higher requirements for the employees,such as work overload,work intensity,lack of effective incentives,etc.,leading to the enthusiasm of the employees to treat the work,emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement,and the phenomenon of employee burnout has been intensified.How to effectively alleviate employee burnout,to promote the development of highway business has important practical significance.This paper fully draws on the relevant theories of job burnout,takes the employees in the high-speed service area of Shijiazhuang,Hebei as the research object,through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,in-depth analysis of employee job burnout and its influencing factors,and puts forward effective prevention strategies.That is,firstly,with the help of MBI-GS scale,the job burnout of employees in high-speed service area was measured from three dimensions,namely emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and low sense of achievement.It was found that the job burnout of employees in high-speed service area of Shijiazhuang,Hebei province was more serious,and the burnout degree from three aspects,namely emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and low sense of achievement,was more serious.Then,it further studies the members of job burnout from the three aspects of society,organization and individual,and finds that these three aspects can have a significant impact on employee job burnout,namely,the causes of job burnout are personal level,poor physical health,difficult to meet the needs of work,unreasonable cognition of work,poor self-adjustment ability;At the organizational level,the performance appraisal is unreasonable,the training service effect is poor,and the salary is lack of incentive;At the social level,the pressure of public opinion is too large,and the degree of social recognition needs to be improved.Finally,according to the causes of employee job burnout,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate job burnout.At the social level,actively create a good public opinion environment and increase public support;At the organizational level,optimize employee performance assessment,establish and improve employee training service system,optimize salary management to improve incentive effect;At the individual level,it pays attention to employees’ physical and mental health,guides them to establish reasonable professional values,and improves their self-regulation ability.This study is helpful to deeply understand the employee burnout problem and its causes in the high-speed service area of Shijiazhuang,Hebei.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward are helpful to alleviate the employee burnout degree in the high-speed service area of Shijiazhuang,improve the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees,and then improve the work efficiency of employees,and promote the high-quality development of the high-speed service industry.
