There is an overall analysis against the famous manufacturer of radioactive controlling system in USA intending to enter Chinese nuclear power plant market in the paper and and the good solutions are brought forward. The American company that produces such equipments is a famous company in the world. However, it has low popularity in China. The company wants to cooperate with a mighty local company and establish Joint venture Company so as to introduce its products to China and occupy the market, finally to make its products localization. An overall introduction on the future of Chinese nuclear power market is described in the paper. Through analysis the backgrounds of China-America partnership and the dynamic of cooperation, a two-win opportunity is concluded.
