The Cost Planning And Controlling System Of Multi-Enterprise Cooperative Project

With the coming of the information age and the forming of the global market, the degree of cooperative transformation among enterprises is higher and higher, and the project management is widely used in each field. The multi-enterprise cooperation in project management, as a new enterprise organization mode, is turning into the developing hotspot to improve the collective comp-etitiveness. How to run and manage big projects in such huge temporary business entity is not only a new domain but also a significant issue for researches. This paper, which is focused on the multi-enterprise cooperative project management, does some research work on the cost planning and controlling model with the support of Harbin Science and Technology Project——Multi-enterprise Cooperative Project Management Integrated System. The main content of the dissertation includes the following aspects:Firstly, started with the research into the process of the multi-enterprise cooperative project as a foundation, the trait of the multi-enterprise cooperative project management is analyzed, and the architecture of cooperative project management is given. Besides, the cost, the character of cost planning and controlling, and the aim of cost management are studied in detail in the management of multi-enterprise cooperative project. Basing on the research above, in this paper the cost planning and controlling model of the multi-enterprise cooperative project management is proposed.Secondly, based on the analyzing of the WBS and CBS in multi-enterprise cooperative project, the top-down method is proposed by which the project cost could be decomposed and allocated based on project resource.Moreover, the activity cost management method is put forward which is...
