The management science as an independent discipline,mainly was developed in the last century. In the first half of last century,its main development was from Taylor's-like scientific management to the operations research for representative emphatically in the quantity analysis management science. But in the next half of last century, the management science and the information technology as well as the behavioral science evolved together, developed into the management science jungle from an isolated management science big tree. We are very pleased to see, in the process of "rejuvenating China"and the consummating socialist market economy system, the management science is playing the vital role day by day. In the enterprise's scientific management, there are many questions that we cannot find the ready-made answer from books, which need us to explore, study, specially to summarize the experience from the practice, to promote to the theory altitude, then to use the theory to instruct our practice again This thesis is based on the object of study Qingdao Iron and Steel Holding Co.Ltd.,combining with the practice of Qingdao Steel, fully analyses the whole moving mechanism and managing features and characteristics of the"daily management model", submitting the target request and operation methodo as the moving program of setting up the daily management. The measures studied in the thesis have been implemented in Qingdao Steel Group, increased the adaptability and core competence of Qingdao steel in market economy situation, promoted the scientific and modernization of internal management, forming the special enterprise culture of Qingdao steel and improved the whole management level. Chinese state-owned enterprises experienced several turns of trial innovation, and the exploration to find out the most suitable business management is ongoing. Hence, the theory of this thesis mot only incarnates the usage of modern management theory in practice; also furnish experience of managing model research and managing innovations for other enterprises.
