China Travel Agency Personnel Demand Forecast

This dissertation is part of the layout of the Eleventh Five Years Plans of the Travel Agents Human Resource of China Tourism. It is organised and edited by National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China. My responsibility is to research and compose The Forecast and the Requirement of Human Resource of China Travel Agent for 2006-2010. Firstly, we did a large number of the market research including distributed thousand of questionnaires in China in order to analyse the status of Human Resource of China Travel Agents Secondly, we sufficiency considered the development stratagem of China tourism assort with the developing target of the Eleventh Five Years Plans of the Travel Agents Human resource Layout of China Tourism follow up the principle of the market to suit the development of travel agent human resource during the period of Eleventh Five Years Plans. Combining the Eleventh Five Years Plans and the development target of the travel tourism for the year 2020 following up the principle layout in advance to make it being provided with the sense of long term direction. To arrange the suitable schedule to collect the suggestions from various ways aborad, pay attention to the science and the opening during the processing. To exercise the method of direction, the model of average speed of increasing, the correl, the mathematics model, the forecast demand and the forecast class. Meanwhile, suggested the countermeasure of the human recourse development for the travel agent in China during the Eleventh Five Years Plans. The ravel agent human recourse development should change the concept to create a new management concept of the human recourse development. Focus on the training continually and set up the new system, criterion the training system for the travel agent staffs, to improve the service leave, developing the market of the human recourse of the tourism and set up the market system of the human recourse development.
