Research On Logistics Personnel Construction Of DT Enterprise

At present,the logistics industry has become an important growth point in China’s economic development,and the supply of logistics talents has a significant impact on the development of the logistics industry.More and more enterprises and experts began to pay attention to this area,and a special concern is how to build on the basis of the existing staff team of outstanding logistics personnel.Based on a wide range of data collection,we selected DT enterprises as a research object,trying to provide a reference for the similar logistics enterprises or enterprises with logistics functions through the study of this enterprise.The author uses the method of literature reading,expert interview and field investigation in the research of connotation of logistics talents.The author tries to ignore the individual properties of the enterprise and to explore the most general application of logistics personnel to play an important factor in the building.In the paper,the author has carried on the field investigation to the DT enterprise,through the questionnaire survey,the interview and so on obtains the DT enterprise overall situation.On the basis of these data,this paper analyzes the status quo of DT logistics personnel construction,looks for the problems existing in the construction of logistic talents,and analyzes the causes of the problems.In order to deal with the problems such as "basic" instability,poor plan and poor maintenance in the construction of logistics talents,the author analyzes the causes of these problems,including the initial setting of enterprises is not in place,the working capacity is limited,and insufficient concerned about the cultural environment.And then the author tries to develop a program to address these issues.The program consists of two parts.On the one hand,it is necessary to find out the ability and quality of logistics talented individuals by reference to a large number of documents,and then the author builds a simple model of individual quality of logistics talent;On the other hand,we try to find the factors which have the key influence on the construction of enterprise logistics talents by factor analysis.Finally,based on the idea of individual construction and overall construction,the author puts forward some concrete suggestions for improvement,and finds the safeguard measures: shaping the elite individual and adjust the staff structure,innovation management ideas and improved management initiatives,pay attention to the process and concerned about the results.Hoping to promote the improvement of the scheme with the thoughts,organization and system of enterprises.
