Chongqing City Investment Environment Study

Firstly,the appraising target system about the reginal investment environment was setup ,based on the situation of chong'qing at prsent .The article compared chonq'qing with other 29 provinces ,cities and district ,especially the districts of west china .we could conclude the synthetical scores of investment environment from that .and then ,the article particularly analyzed the investment environment about the chong'qing's three economic corridors . at last ,according to the conclusion ,the article gived some suggestion about the investment environment of chong'qing.1. This article analyses the location conditon, parts of the infrastructure economical social and environment of chong'qing from the corrent circomstances . and it uses the predecessors' quota system for reference.2. We choose 31 items of quotas to set up measurementmodle ,they are geographic latitude ,traffic installation ,per capita-post and tele communications .professional people ,running supplied capacity per year ,percapita afforest surface area ,per reside surface area , town coalgas ,popular-suforate ,waste water ruduced sufrate , per GDP , annual average growth of GDP ,per fixed phrase property , GDP ,industry total value of output , social consumption goods sales volume ,the proprotion of the second property ,the proprotion of the third property ,labour productive power ,the contribute of industry enterprise total property ,the proprotion of foreign trade income in GDP ,utilize foreign Capital ,the proprotion of non-government-owner corporation ,comparatively prince cost of labor force ,the students' number of school secondary ,the students' number of institution of higher learning, number of institution of higher learning in a million ,patent confirm number per million, the condition of per R&D expenditure ,personal medical workers per million ,service personnel ,regulation and policy ,with multielement tropic analyses ,we test variable standard ratio on T ,if the result is more than 0.01,we could conclude from it that the variable isn't notable .so we can delete these 3 variable ,and set up a preliminary reginal appraising target system .to forbit fully near among variables ,we choose 4 standards with pearson dependent coefficicent .Finally we set up reginal investment eviorment ,appraising target system with 24 standards left over.3. We compare chong'qing with 29 provinces , cities and districts (except Tibet) with this appraising target system .this article firstly calculates size synthetical scores of each district ,then live up each district from high to low ,classify 30 provinces, cities and districts into 4 grades .Finnally find out the rank of chong'qing.4. We compare chong'qing with inner Mongolia ,sichuan ,guangxi……in 24 standardssuch as location condition ,economical evioronment ,social service and parts of the inferstructure and so on .From these we could find out the superiority and inferior position.5. This article analyzes factors of 3 economical corridors of chong'qing ,and the investment environment of chongqing6. Finally ,this article offer 6 suggestions to improve the development of the investment environment of chongqing.
