Since reform and opening-up, foreign direct investments (FDI) have swarmedinto china continuously, which effectively promoted economy growth of China. Manyresearches indicate that FDI's swarming into china promotes china economy growthlargely. However all over of china doesn't benefit from FDI and the difference ofthe location of FDI between eastern, middle and western parts of China is too large .itis indicated that over 80% of FDI distributes eastern and less than 20% of FDIdistributes middle and western parts of china. What's the situation of Inter-regionaldifference about FDI in china? How to appraise investment environment of someregional impersonality? How to ameliorate investment environment of some regionalin china? These questions will be referred to in this paper.Chapter 1: Mainly introduce the background and meanings of choosing this topic, andat the same time generalize the thinking, innovations and shortages about the paper.Chapter 2: Introduce the relevant reference of human capital investment and thecondition of study currently.Chapter 3:With quantifying, measure the Inter-regional difference by a series ofstatistic index ,for example ,H(s),D,σ ,cv。Chapter 4:Based on predecessor's research, establish the index system of regionalinvestment environment evaluation .With multivariate statistical analysis, measurethe regional investment environment of 30 provinces(except Tibet ,Taiwan,Hongkong ,Macao)in china since the later of 1990s.Chapter 5: Make conclusions based on the above analysis, and put forward therelevant opinion.
