Since reform and opening-up, foreign direct investments (FDI) have swarmedinto china continuously, which effectively promoted economy growth of China. Manyresearches indicate that FDI's swarming into china promotes china economy growthlargely. However all over of china doesn't benefit from FDI and the difference ofthe location of FDI between eastern, middle and western parts of China is too large .itis indicated that over 80% of FDI distributes eastern and less than 20% of FDIdistributes middle and western parts of china. What's the situation of Inter-regionaldifference about FDI in china? How to appraise investment environment of someregional impersonality? How to ameliorate investment environment of some regionalin china?
