A Comparative Study On The Investment Environment Of Guizhou And Guangxi To Attract Foreign Direct Investment

Forty years since the reform and opening up,Guizhou Province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have achieved rapid development in attracting foreign direct investment,both in terms of policy measures and in actual results,which has greatly promoted the economic growth and industrial upgrading of Guizhou and Guangxi.The development of foreign trade,but from the perspective of other provinces and cities in China,the situation in Guizhou and Guangxi is not optimistic.Guangxi has superior geographic location advantages,attracting foreign direct investment environment is better than Guzhou in many aspects,but from the perspective of the economic growth rate in recent years,GDP of Guizhou Province ranks third in the country for 7 consecutive years and has achieved major breakthroughs.Under the guidance of the National Big Data,the Great Poverty Alleviation,and the Big Ecological Strategy,the investment environment has continued to improve.In 2016,the amount of foreign direct investment attracting exceeds that of Guangxi for the first time.Therefore,it is particularly important to study and analyze the development trends of foreign investment in the two provinces and regions in the future.In the field related to this topic,the academic community has formed a location theory,international direct investment theory,and investment environment evaluation theory.Some scholars conduct special research on the investment environment in certain regions and certain countries from different perspectives.Proposing insights from deep insights,but from the perspective of domestic research,there are many studies on the current situation and policy recommendations of Guizhou and Guangxi to attract foreign direct investment.There is a lack of comparative studies on the two provinces and the prediction of future development trends.Try to do some exploration in this area.This article is divided into six chapters to carry out a comparative study on the environment of Yunnan and Guangxi to attract foreign direct investment.The first chapter is introduction,expounding the research background,research purpose and significance of this topic,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods as well as innovations and deficiencies.In the second chapter,we first explain the definition of the investment environment,then summarize the characteristics and classification of the investment environment,and review the relevant theories at home and abroad.In the third section,the current situation of attracting foreign direct investment in Guizhou and Guangxi is elaborated.In the fourth chapter,from the perspective of the comprehensive advantage theory,the investment environment in Guizhou and Guangxi is compared and analyzed.The fifth chapter compares and analyzes the performance index and potential index of attracting foreign direct investment from Guizhou and Guangxi to evaluate and predict the development trend of attracting foreign direct investment in Guizhou and Guangxi.In the sixth chapter,referring to the theoretical basis of comprehensive advantages,it proposes suggestions on the improvement of the investment environment in Guizhou and Guangxi from three aspects:technological innovation advantage,transaction efficiency advantage,and resource endowment advantage.
