The Evolution Of China's Enterprise System

During the Chinese reformation of more than 20years, we kept on exploring and trying many ways in order to find the correct enterprise system. We devoted ourselves to setting up the enterprise system which is fit for the situation of our country. In the later part of 1990s, the direction of enterprise reformation with character of founding modern enterprise system was decided. Judged by the recent facts of enterprise reformation, however, the reformation is still limited in a certain degree. It hasn't yet broken away from the effects of traditional system. National enterprises have to be faced with many problems and difficulties.All the effective modern enterprise systems in developed market economy countries are entias of universalities and particularities. Only if we start from the two aspects can we succeed in choosing the correct direction. On this thesis we plan to start from the whole epitome and acquaintance of enterprise system to review the enterprise reformation of our country in the background of the universality and parcularity of modern enterprise system first, review the history of the enterprise system, then absorb the advance experiences of market economy countries abroad, sum up the reformational all the experiences of the enterprise system in our country, finally consider the problems in the reformation and search for the way of inaugurating the enterprise system of our country.This thesis as a whole is composed of 3 parts. The first part which is retrospect illustrates the development of foreign enterprise systems and the reformation of our national ones. The second part which is theory of modern enterprise and the advance of Chinese enterprise reformation. The third part which is the think of reality illustrates discusses the main problems in the reality of the reformation of enterprise system and gives advice about perfecting enterprise system in socialistic market economy.
