Inner Mongolia Enterprises "going Out" Strategy Analysis

The author gathered the relevant regulations, institutions, policies and measures worked out by the state government and data & information concerning the implementing situation of international economic cooperation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This article preliminarily study and analyse how to promote the enterprises in Inner Mongolia to carry out the "going out to develop international economic cooperation" strategy by adopting the method of connecting theory with practice and contrasting analyse.This article includes three parts. The first part is theory. Conduct theoretical analyse on the "going out to develop international economic cooperation" strategy put forward by our country. Expound the background, theoretical foundation and significance to the development of our country and enterprises.The second part is practice. Mainly set forth the achievements and problems during the course of carrying out the "going out to develop international economic cooperation" strategy in Inner Mongolia using statistic data. Now the "reforming and opening to outside" policy is deepening and the economic situation is improving. Both the government of all levels and enterprises pay more and more attention to the development of the strategy, and obtain good results under mutual efforts. But due to geographic and historic reasons, this business started late in Inner Mongolia and the enterprises are lack of experiences. So there is still big gap comparing with other provinces.The last and the most important part is strategy. Refer to the experiences of other countries, the developed provinces in China and some successful enterprises. Expound the basic scheme of the "going out to develop international economic cooperation" strategy in Inner Mongolia by five aspects-- cooperative field, market, performer, means and environment based on the present situation analyse. And set forth the specific measures of speeding up the implementation of the strategy including improving both the environment and the competitive competence of enterprises. The author makes efforts to explore a kind of "going out to develop international economic cooperation" pattern possessing local characteristics.
