With the establishment of our socialist market economy and the modern enterprise system, reforming the revenues-distributing system of the private enterprise, strengthening the stimulating effect of payment system of the human capital and improving the corresponding supervision and restriction system have taken priority over other subjects in deepening the reform of the private enterprises at present.As the subject in market competition, most of the private enterprises haven't set up a perfect compensation-motivating system, which has resulted in many problems, such as low salaries, monotonous formation in payment, lack of relevance between payment and achievements of the enterprises, the imperfection in share-holding system and stock option of the human capital and so on. As a result, these phenomena have greatly diminished the enthusiasm of the human capital and eventually affected the benefits of the enterprises as well as the country. Undoubtedly, the causes of these problems are related to the special environment which our enterprises are functioning in. However, the more important cause is the insufficient study of the particular demands of the human capital as a special group and the improper application of compensation-motivating theories.Based on a description of the present situation of the compensation-motivating system for the human capital in our country, this dissertation looks into the problems that have arisen in this area and offer proposals on how to found the compensation-motivating system for the human capital in our country. The purpose of the author is to help the private enterprises set up a better compensation-motivating system of the human capital that meets the special motivation of our country so that the value of the human capita will be realized to a greater extent and our private enterprises will develop more smoothly and prosperously.
