Research On Local Government Debt Risk And Prevention Strategy

This paper studies the local government debt risk and prevention strategies.This article mainly from two aspects of theory and empirical research analysis.First start from the Angle of theory,the connotation and classification of government debt,the concept and classification of local government debt risk,the relevant government debt risk related theory is introduced in detail,based on the theory analysis of the current overall situation of China is local government debt,and concluded that the debt risk of local government in a security zone,belongs to a manageable;Then select Lincang city as a case to make empirical analysis,through the selection of main indicators related to debt risk and establish the system of debt risk warning interval of Lincang city has carried on the empirical analysis,and draw the corresponding conclusion is:in current debt risk free in Lincang city precinct.This conclusion does not agree with above analysis conclusions,the national average of local government debt risk is not representative place their debt level of risk,because of the large levels of local government in our country,and a local economic development levels not neat,while debt statistics statistical caliber is not unified.so the a local government should be according to local actual situation,accurately grasp the degree of the region is debt risk,as in the management of local government debt and provide reliable theoretical basis for resolving debt risk.This paper draws on foreign government debt in the scientific management of local government debt and guard against the risk of some feasible method,and combined with the actual situation of our country,to dissolve the risk of the stock of debt and guard against future increment to resolve the debt risk are put forward the feasible Suggestions and countermeasures,hope can in government debt management,debt risk to prevent and dissolve the debt risk to provide more options.
