In recent years, due to the development of the national economy, the banking industry is entering to the highly competitive stage. Bank of A is a large state-owned commercial bank, which need more and more new knowledge-based employees to match the developing business scale. Then the number of new recruit undergraduate is increasing year by year. The large numbers of new employees join Bank of A, which effectively improve the knowledge level of staffs, optimize the structure of staffs. But some problems in new employee training have aroused our attention, such as training cost is great; training effect can’t meet requirements; the gap of new employees’ job expectation is larger, etc. To solve these problems, this article attempts from the new employee training system, this paper analysis system of each part, through extensive questionnaire and in-depth interview found that the problems in the system, and puts forward Suggestions for improvement on this basis.The main content of this study includes the following several parts:The first part of the introduction, mainly introduced the research background and significance, combed the domestic and foreign research present situation, and gives the main contents and methods of this study. The concept and theory, the second part firstly defines the employee training, new employees, new staff training specific connotation; Then the content of the training for employees to make the corresponding analysis; Finally this paper introduces the relevant theories of staff training. The third part of A bank new employee orientation system of the present situation and the problem in this paper. First of all to A bank to make A simple introduction; Then A bank analysis the present situation of the new employee orientation; Finally discusses the main problems of A new employee training. The fourth part of A bank the construction of new employee orientation system. First give the purpose of the training system construction and principle; And then the specific content of the training system for new hires to make paper. The fifth part A bank the implementation of the new staff training system. Mainly from the organization, system, environment, input from several aspects such as specific analysis. The sixth part summarizes the full text, and prospects the direction of further research.
