| After the start-up stage and the mature stage, private enterprises have gradually entered collectivization. With the continuous growth of their scale, enterprises are confronted with heavy pressure and pressing challenges enormously. Not only do enterprises need solid superiorities, such as material resource, financial resource and manpower, and continuously accumulated experience in capital and technology application, but also they need impeccable, normative and scientific management technology. Above all the elements, incentive system is the core content in human resource management. The economic development in China cannot be achieved without the increase of enterprises in scale and quantity. The development of enterprises cannot be achieved without the thorough utilization of human resource. Thus, incentive system becomes an important means in which enterprises can utilize to attract and retain talents. The main objective of modern incentive system is to promote the efficiency of production and highly motivated employees at work. The establishment and perfection of the incentive system is of great importance to enterprise development.In this paper, an emphasis is placed on the survey of the incentive mode adopted by L Company in human resource management through field trips. Through interviews with the management layer of the company, the author understands and masters the general situation, development process and current management of L Company. On the basis of thorough survey of the mode of human resource management, the incentive system adopted by the company is organized, and the characteristics of the present incentive mode of L Company are analyzed. Thus, some suggestions are put forward regarding the incentive mode in enterprise development.Incentive system is not a single project and the construction of a building after the system is not once and for all,immutable,it needs to be constantly in the process of implementation and the practice of the adjustment and optimization,truly "people-oriented",in order to give full play to the staffs work enthusiasm and motivation,can adapt to the changing market environment of human resources and human resources management strategy. |
