| With the development of the world economy, the atmospheric environment has been greatly affected, and the environmental pollution is more and more serious, which makes the people pay more attention to the environment protection. Basing on this, the YC company optimized the test bench and develop a new type of engine to meet the TIER III regulation. At present, the project of natural gas supply for test bench in YC company is the first case in China, and there has no direct experience in the design and construction. The project has many issues, such as design process, complicated workmanship, and unprofessional construction team etc. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the project risk assessment. Basing on this project, the risk assessment and countermeasures are carried out in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, and the development of risk assessment at home and abroad. Basing on this, the paper introduces the natural gas supply project of YC company, and analyzes and identifies the risk index of the project. Through the comparative analysis of the various risk assessment, the analytic hierarchy process is chosen to carry out the risk assessment of this project. According to the requirements of the analytic hierarchy process, the three levels of risk models are established, which is composed by target layer, criterion layer and index layer. The target layer is the risk evaluation of the project, and the criteria layer is the three major risks basing on the index layer.Through the establishment of the above model, according to the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and verify, get three risk indexes as the main risk: the error of main behavior, construction quality and safety management not in place. After analyzing the main risk indexes, the author takes the measure research for the three major risks and the three stages of design, construction and operation of this project, and puts forward the corresponding measurements. Finally, the paper put forward the own ideasã€suggestions and the prospect of the project. |
