With the market economy development more and more fast, the importance of human resources has gradually manifested, performance appraisal as a focal point of human resource management has become an important means of enterprise management level of ascension. At present, many enterprises began to attach importance to the performance review, a scientific evaluation method not only can provide employees with a good salary allocation mechanism and post promotion, but also urge employees to improve work efficiency. Human resources to people as a resource to look at, companies can profit depends largely on whether reasonable utilization of resources. In the process of human resource performance appraisal practice there are still many problems.Through literature analysis, interviews and other research methods, in the performance appraisal of the D company as the research object, in summing up the significance of performance appraisal, connotation and main evaluation methods of performance evaluation, on the basis of basic theory, this paper introduces the general situation D company human resources as well as the performance appraisal status quo, analysis of D company performance appraisal problems, and through in-depth research, analyzes the reasons of these problems. Finally, from the company’s performance appraisal idea and principle of index weight, the Suggestions on design, the main body of the implementation process of D company performance appraisal improvement countermeasures.
