Study On The Application Of Lanting Transportation Based On Land - Sea Transportation

In recent years, logistic industry has been developing rapidly in our country and the traditional simple point-to-point transport mode has been unable to meet most of customers’ basic needs. Therefore, Drop and Pull Transport emerged as a highly efficient, low carbon means of transportation. However, due to various restrictions, Drop and Pull Transport started late in China and get the authentic support from national policy in the late 90’s in our country. In 1996, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of public security and the Ministry of communications jointly issued the “Notice on Carrying out the Transportation of Container Tractor Trailer”. In September 2014, the State Council issued the “logistics industry development in the long-term planning(2014-2020)”, which put forward the idea to promote pilot experience of Drop and Pull Transport comprehensively.At present, the competent departments of transportation at all levels and the logistics enterprises are trying to carry out the Drop and Pull Transport actively. However, because of some of current striking problems such as lack of controls in the market order, the comparatively weak supervision, vicious competition and underbidding each other for sales, the operating cost is increasing but the profitability continues to decline.Based on the results of domestic and foreign scholars, firstly, the paper introduces the construction of standardization system of logistics park of agricultural products. Then, the vehicle scheduling problem of Drop and Pull Transport with time window is studied. Finally, combined with Drop and Pull Transport’s characteristics, the dynamic pricing problem of Drop and Pull Transport service has been discussed.Based on the FTA between China, South Korea land and sea transport, the first chapter introduces the background, significances of Drop and Pull Transport, and reviews the research status at home and abroad. Then, the main research contents and innovation points of this article will be pointed out.The second chapter introduces the construction of the standardization system of Logistics Park of agricultural products in China.The third chapter studied the vehicle scheduling problem of Drop and Pull Transport with time window.The fourth chapter discusses the dynamic pricing problem of Drop and Pull Transport service, combined with Drop and Pull Transport’s characteristics.
