West River shipping faced with severe challenges and thus it is urgentnecessary to adjust the mode of transportation according to the changes in the market.As an important form of integrated transport, Water and land drop-and-pulltransport combined with the large amount of waterway transport volume, low prices androad transport flexible which can realize the door to door transport advantages, play animportant role in other transport modes incomparable. West River water andland drop-and-pull transport mode can be constructed based on West River goldentransportation waterway, which can be adjusted and raised according to thebasic situation of the West River for targeted transformation and upgrading.This paper attempts to introduce drop-and-pull transport mode into Guangxi WestRiver inland waterways to solve the bottleneck of the West River transport of goods,improve the convenience and efficiency of transportation, strengthen the comparativeadvantage of the West River goods transportation and achieve integrated transporteffects.
