After the Opium War, foreign capital began to accelerate the pace of investment in China to set up factories not. Foreign economy after a hundred years, in the early days has become an important part of China’s economy. Shanghai as one of the earliest open ports, in modern times has been the rapid development of foreign economic and foreign most concentrated areas. After the founding of New China, the majority of foreign-funded enterprises in China and not with the foreign and the withdrawal of privileges disappear, but continues to be maintained in the sidelines. Foreign-funded enterprises by CPC plays a dual role: it is restored the power of the national economy, but also to the social transition to socialism requires the transformation of objects. It is in this context, the CPC began to transform foreign companies in China.In this paper, Shanghai foreign-funded reconstruction for the study, both government and business in both the research perspective, in terms of sources of information in the Archives of Shanghai, mainly in research methods will be qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.This paper consists of five parts of this. The first part of the transformation of the Shanghai foreign background analysis and description, the second section describes the initial process of establishing foreign regulatory system, and the third part of the transformation under Korean foreign background analysis, the fourth part of the Korean War Study after the socialist transformation of the foreign-funded enterprises, the last part of the impact arising from the transformation of Shanghai foreign-funded enterprises to be analyzed.
