| In the past two years, the economy of the whole country had been slowed down, but Shanxi went through a “free-fall” decline in growth. In 2014 and 2015, its growth of economy ranked in the end of the country for two consecutive years. From the point of industrial dimensions, that single industrial structure made the economy of Shanxi fragile, and its economy has always been quite affected by the external economic environment and the investment, which makes its economy difficult to resist the external economic crisis. It is necessary to change the traditional pattern of driving economic growth to a pattern of endogenous economic growth in Shanxi. As well as in the reform of the "supply side", it is particularly important of Shanxi to enhance its economy endogenous ability.In this paper, we choose to study the endogenous economic growth from the perspective of division of labor, which means we need to tell two aspects of the division of labor, specialization and diversity. And the key point is that at the industrial level, what kind of economy from the industrial division of labor is more helpful to the endogenous economic growth in Shanxi Province.The main work and contribution of this paper include:Based on the theory of division of labor and economic growth theory and so on, this article analyses the mechanism of action of industrial division of labor and industrial specialization to endogenous economic growth, and analyzes the promotion and inhibition of the centripetal force and centrifugal force of the industrial division and specialization;Take use of the data of GDP and investment in human capital of the nation and Shanxi Province between 1990 and 2014 to complete the quantification of the industrial specialization, diversification of division of labor and the endogenous economic growth.It is concluded that location quotient has a different trend with the entropy value respectively to total factor productivity in Shanxi Province between 1990 and 2014. At the same time in Shanxi area,we make fitting of specialization index location quotient and per capital GDP, then we found the level of specialization and economic growth in Shanxi Province is "U" type curve;In addition, we build the function of the endogenous economic growth to measure the two kinds of division of labor economy —the area division of industry specialization and diversification to the contribution of endogenous economic growth in Shanxi Province. The empirical results showed that the in 1990-1997 and 2002-2014, specialization and division of diversified divergence about the contribution of the endogenous economic growth rate. Industrial specialization and it is difficult for diversification in Shanxi Province to form the mutual coordination between division of labor, and it is hard for specialization to lead to a wide range of industrial linkage effect, which means the external effect is not strong enough and its economic effect is weak; What’s more, from 2002 to 2014, the contribution rate of regional industrial specialization to endogenous economic growth varied from 43.17% to 37.13%, and the downtrend continues. From 1997 to 2014, the contribution rate of industrial diversification division of endogenous economic growth rose from 26.32% to 33.57%, and the trend of growth continues. While the contribution rate of specialization is still higher than diversification in 2010-2010, the difference has been decreased to nearly 4%, a huge change for past 20 years.From the contribution rate of two kinds of division of labor to endogenous economic growth in Shanxi, the trend of diversification of division of labor to endogenous economic growth has increased steadily, and it is difficult for specialized division of labor to promote the endogenous economic growth effectively. Diversity in division of labor is the direction of the future to promote the endogenous economic growth in Shanxi Province. |
