A Study On The Optimization Of Flight Assignment Based On Cost Perspective

It will be much uncertain situation cause of flights cannot take off in real life. These changing flights will cause great inconvenience to passengers. It also will be the stumbling block of improving service quality and reducing operating costs of airline and airport. Therefore, unusual flights dispatch optimization problem is raised for this phenomenon. Flight schedule recovery algorithm has much privacy and exclusivity which developed by airlines and operation mechanism of different airlines have considerable differences. Currently it has not a relatively common commercial software for airlines to use. The study of Irregular flight restoring in abroad irregular flight began earlier and the outcome is relatively mature.In China the research on the irregular flight dispatch problem is still in its initial stage and the question still plans to solve by dispatchers by hands. It not only spent a lot of time, but also increased the workload of dispatchers. It is difficult optimize the allocation of resources in a relatively short time. The purpose of this paper is to objective programming model which with the goal of minimum the cost. There are three solutions and into the real date to lingo in order to choose the minimum cost solution.First, detailed analysis the problem choose to create a mathematical model using mathematical programming theory based on the content and purpose. The target of model is making minimal delays and making use of lingo software to solve the model to elect delays lowest cost solutions. Secondly, according to the subject within 72 hours of the passenger and cargo flights are not normal with minimal delays in transport costs to the needs of the destination. There are three ways to proposed transport passengers and cargo, one is use the available flight within 72 hours, one is use new flights, the other are use the available flights and new flights. Finally, this paper presents three kinds of relevant examples which are based on three ways to transport passengers and cargo and specific case analysis.The paper will simulate how to achieve the flight dispatch optimization by establishing programming mode. The propose of the model is to solve the problem of flight delays cost, and reduce the difficulty of the dispatch and improve the speed of dispatch.
