After analysis, we found that the Ningxia science and technology business incubator development problems mainly focus on the differences of regional industrial economic larger, professional hatch ability, lack of service level can not keep up with the needs of enterprise development and other issues, and these problems from the point of view of government analysis, mainly the government not the incubator development of overall planning, policy bull attack, policy targeted is not strong.
