In the context of global economic integration, the chain retail enterprises have a new development opportunity in China. Every business hopes to archive through its own development, and the chain of industry also staged enclosure movement. A business must have talent, technology, information to continue to develop for the support, and the quality of talent have an immeasurable effect for the development of enterprises. China’s staff training cannot meet the needs of enterprises because of the limited investment of resources and other conditions, such as knowledge update speed, enhanced staff mobility. E-learning technology provides enterprises with a new way to learn in anytime and anywhere. It greatly saves the enterprise staff training resources input, but the training effect is not ideal due to the training content, the continuation of a variety of factors.This article uses X Company as research object by reading relevant literature and analyzing each stage of the project implementation process, and hopes to provide some suggestions for the implementation of E-learning in chain retail enterprises. |
