In recent years, with the steady development of new economic, normality of the reform process continues to accelerate China’s commercial banks. As a commercial bank outlets important service window and product distribution channels, commercial banks reform process is given high priority. To further tap the potential function of bank branches, domestic commercial banks have outlets on how to expand the implementation of sophisticated management actively study and preliminary exploration, refinement of management has been widely used in all aspects of commercial bank management.Agricultural Bank of China as one of the four banks of the country prefix, always attaches great importance to the reform of the management of the bank branches.
