The grassroots business outlets are the image windows of commercial banks,and they are also the basic platform for commercial banks to provide products and services directly to customers.As the “disintermediation” trend in finance becomes more apparent and competition in the banking industry becomes increasingly fierce,actively improving the competitiveness of its own outlets is not only an inevitable requirement for banks to adapt to changing market conditions,but also an inevitable choice for building their own competitive advantages.In this paper,the case of bank A XX behavior,a systematic study of the competitiveness of 111 branches of the business network under the jurisdiction of the branch to enhance the strategy.In order to make the research results scientific and effective,this paper uses a combination of literature research and theoretical analysis methods,typical case analysis methods,comparative induction methods and other research methods.First of all,this study summarizes the theory of banking network competitiveness and clarifies the theoretical basis of the full-text study.Second,this study analyzes the competitiveness of urban banks and county outlets in Bank A of XX,and concludes that it leads to the competitiveness of its outlets.The main reasons for the shortage are the unclear positioning of outlets,unobvious brand advantages,unreasonable human resource management,the need to optimize the labor mix,weak customer infrastructure and management capabilities,and lack of product marketing methods and strength.Thirdly,this study summarized the successful cases of improving the competitiveness of typical commercial banks in some domestic banks,and concluded that the key points for the successful upgrading of the bank's grass-roots network's competitiveness include the scientific positioning of outlet functions,the promotion of overall marketing capabilities of outlets,and the development of customer-centric development.Ideas and improve network service capabilities and efficiency.Finally,this study presents the promotion strategies for the competitiveness of Bank A's branches in XX,including the clear positioning of network functions,the promotion of brand image,the active promotion of integrated marketing capabilities,the establishment of customer-centric development concepts,and the improvement of overall service capabilities and efficiency of outlets.Wait.In this research process,the theory of commercial bank network competitiveness is systematically summarized and summarized.This has certain theoretical guiding value for the follow-up research of commercial bank outlets competitiveness,and enriches the theoretical research results of commercial bank outlets competitiveness.At the same time,the study on the competitiveness of A-Bank XX branches in this paper has a strong realistic guiding significance for promoting the transformation of commercial bank outlets,improving the positioning of commercial banks and service quality.
