Production procedure includes both production workflow and raw materials purchase. Clear and simplified production procedure may improve the production quality. This paper focuses on production flow optimization and improvement, meanwhile. It conducts research on modular materials so as to ensure a timely supply, supply-demand-matching and to keep low raw materials quantities in working progress.It is difficult to realize the rapid change-over between shift and shifts. The capacity utilization is zero in the change-over process since workers and equipments are both shutting down at that time. Compared with partial change-over, shift to shift is more benefit. It's a good way to review productivity level for company.According the situation that more and more people and equipment added in production area,use the theories of Lean manufacturing,supply chain,IE,6 sigma and optimization methods,to achieve material supply flow,production flow,system improvement and rapid change-over between shift and shifts. The material flow improvement is including package size standardization and modular transportation mode etc work; the production flow improvement is including material and tools position allocation; the system improvement is including man-material flow improvement,and sharing system in warehouse,material dismantle storage and production systems. Based on the up three systems, we achieved rapid change-over between shift and shifts by material pre-allocated into on line production boxes. Improved production efficiency,reduced headcount and also improved production enviorement.The perfect production line should be a"always running"system, combining ordering,planning,purchasing,production and transportation integrally. The paper discusses on the topic of rapid shift to shift change-over, and the ways to improve the efficiency of workers and equipments, the ideas to achieve overall efficiency improvement for production,material,sharing system and work environment, to reduce moving and wasting and realizing the target of productivity improvement.
