China mobile officially launched 4G business services to 1 billion Chinese mobile phone users in December 18, 2013, that marked China Mobile officially entered the 4G era. China mobile missed the best development opportunities for some reasons in 3G era. However, How to seize the strategic opportunity of 4G operation, consolidate the existing leading edge, achieve rapid development and reproduce the glory of the 2G era? That is a significant practical subject.China Mobile Communications Corporation Heilongjiang Ltd. Jiamusi Branch(Jiamusi Mobile) as an object of studying, first introduces current study situation and the base condition of Jiamusi 4G operation, points out some problems in 4G Operation. Using Marketing, SWOT and other theories, analyses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Jiamusi mobile, then expounds the strategic plan for 4G operation. Thus, hoping to improve customer’s satisfaction and loyalty, expand customer size and business income, achieve the 4G marketing objectives while faccumulate operational experience for the 5G era.
