With the China Telecom market further opening to the outside world and the progress of technology,the competition situation China Telecom operation enterprise market is becoming more and more serious.The marketing channel is the important part of marketing system,but also as a strategic resource of enterprises,plays an irreplaceable role in the competition.In order to improve competitiveness,realize its rapid growth,emerging communication operators must carefully analyze the market environment,combined with their own favorable conditions,to determine compliance with the actual situation of their own marketing channel system and strategy.The author of this thesis combines the practical work of our years of experience in MBA,using the theory of knowledge learning,in the face of competition and the development trend of the communications industry,market environment analysis of comprehensive,system elaborated the marketing channel to the mobile operators role,significance and strategies for the future,in introduced the industry background,purpose and significance of the basic research related knowledge and the industry,further analyzes the present situation of marketing channels of communication industry in Jiamusi area,the existing problems and the influence to the Jiamusi Telecom Company management.Combined with foreign operators experience and mode,in-depth analysis the function,characteristics,communication operators marketing channel development trends,summed up the new telecom operators must be through the transformation of reconstruction of the existing marketing channels,to break through the development of enterprise growth stages of the ceiling.In this paper,combined with the actual situation Jia Musi telecom company marketing channels,analyses Jia Musi telecommunications company in marketing channel mode and structure design,channel management system establishment,the integration of channel resources,improve supporting measures and the innovation of service and management,measures and adjust the strategies that should be adopted,and proved through market practice,re design the marketing channel system in to promote the enterprise outside the strong capacity,endogenous power played a key role,realizes the telecom company Jia Musi expected targets.Based on the marketing channel construction of Telecom Company Jia Musi case analysis,research in emerging telecom enterprise how to in the fierce competition in the market through the reconstruction of marketing channel to achieve rapid,effective development,the typical demonstration effect,has the certain reference value,promotion.
