Research On Information Construction Of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group

Nuclear power has always been regarded as one of the solutions to energy crisis and greenhouse gas emission problem. Last decades, nuclear power developed a lot all over the world. The Japanese government does not give up nuclear power even after the nuclear leak in Fukushima. The Chinese government will develop nuclear power in China to improve energy supply structure and solve the problems of electricity shortage.China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) is a leading clean energy company. CGN strives to build a professional nuclear power operation support service platform, including outage, operation preparation, spare parts and training etc, and provide standardized, integrated, and professional technical support and services to the customers’ units. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is business management software that a company can use to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities. CGN’s informatization construction becomes one of its most important work.Before implement of CGN’s informatization strategy, the informatization level is too inadequate to support its operating and personnel allocation is not enough. Both hardware and software can’t meet the group’s daily needs. But since the group made the informatization strategic planning, real-time information sharing platform has been built which is efficiently integrated and centralized managed.This thesis is aimed at CGN’s informatization construction. The background, theoretical basis, measures and achievement are summarized. The research is helpful to other group companies.
