Research On Improving The Production Operation And Management Level Of Cogeneration Enterprises

Due to rapid economic development of Inner Mongolia Ordos city, heat and power plant as supporting the production of caustic soda and PVC project should not only pay attention to the exploration of coal resources, scale expansion and energy infrastructure construction, but also support and actively respond to the implementation of related policies of environmental protection and energy-saving, continuously improve production management level of combined heat and power enterprise.This paper that select typical combined heat and power enterprise in Inner Mongolia-heat and power plant of Inner Mongolia Elion Chemical Industries, Ltd. as a research specimen, environmental management, cost management and energy-saving management as a theoretical basis and makes a comprehensive analysis to the daily operation management, pointed out a series of problems existing in the production. The improving strategies and suggestions according to the specific issues has been proposed. Generally speaking, this paper makes analysis for the problems and deficiencies of environmental management, cost management, energy-saving management existed in the heat and power plant of Inner Mongolia Elion Chemical Industries, Ltd., and put forward the corresponding measures of strengthening management.
