G Company Cost Control Management Problems And Suggestions

Cost control is an important part of the modern enterprise management. The level of cost control is directly related to the realization of the goal of enterprise cost management as well as the company’s future survival and development. Cost control can bring a lot of important significance, summed up as "a reduced, five to improve". That is to reduce product cost and improve the accuracy of cost information, to improve the level of corporate cost accounting and business management level, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, and improve the competitiveness of companies.This paper based on the collection and reading of literature on cost control, clears the theory of cost and cost control, and states cost control’s goals, principles and common methods. Then, combined with the actual situation of the G Company cost control, the paper analyzes the target cost management, a comprehensive cost management, day-to-day cost management and cost indicators assessment cost control methods, and describes in detail brought to the company’s cost control effect Meanwhile, it analyses the problems of cost control.these issues include cost control system is not perfect, to implement full cost management is lake, to compensate for the value of the company is not enough, loss of production process is more serious and cost control means lag behind. Finally, to address these issues, the paper proposes some suggestions to strengthen cost control. These proposals are to establish the perfect cost control system, to strengthen the publicity of cost control, to establish the concept of cost-effective, to enhance cost avoidance ideas and to promote means of cost control.
