Study On Low - Carbon Development Level Of Manufacturing Industry In The Upper Reaches Of Yangtze River

Nowadays, low carbon economy as a new type of economic form, it has increasingly become the current policy discussions and academic research hot spot, also has become the trend of world economic development. Sunrise of developing countries and our country as a manufacturing power, if you want to on the energy conservation and emissions reduction, low carbon development achieve good result, must consider from our country’s realistic national conditions, from the manufacturing energy consumption situation in our country, environmental change and sustainable development perspective, effective use for reference the experience of regional low carbon development at home and abroad, research out of a suitable for China’s development path. This article is in such a realistic foundation, pilot in the upper Yangtze River area as the study area, opened on the upper Yangtze river regional manufacturing series of low carbon development research.First of all, this paper combed the related literature at home and abroad in detail, the scientific definition of the low carbon economy related concepts of low carbon development, manufacturing, and obtain some research about manufacturing in the area of low carbon economy development level of theoretical basis and research methods, as a reference object, selected out in this paper, the theoretical basis of research ideas and research methods, and-shows the research technical route, looking for areas of manufacturing low carbon economic development level index evaluation system.Secondly, this article from macroscopic to microcosmic point’s two levels for the empirical part is analyzed. In macro aspect, this paper mainly on the basis of the UN commission on sustainable development of "driving force a state a response" model, namely the DSR model design evaluation methods, the research area is related of manufacturing low carbon development level of evaluation system design, from different channels to find empirical data to be used, in order for the upper Yangtze river regional manufacturing low carbon development condition has carried on the quantitative study, with Yangtze river delta and the gap of the existing research results of comparative analysis of the causes of differences from two aspects of internal incentives and external constraint conditions were analyzed.
