Study On Comprehensive Exploitation And Utilization Of Low - Hill And Gentle Land In Jinlin Bay, Qilin District

Entering the twenty-one century, the urban development of China entered the accelerating period. More and more cities will appear, and the urban size would bigger and bigger. It would occupied more area of cultivated land and it will make the amount of existing cultivated land reduced. Now to the future, Yunnan Province will enter a period of rapid development of urbanization and industrialization. According to the "the current five-year plan", the urbanization rate will be improved from the existing 36% to 45%._Combined with the characteristics of Mountainous of Yunnan Province, thecontradiction of urbanization, industrialization and the cultivated land protection is greater than that of the other provinces in China. In view of the above problems, we make some research of the policy of "Town Hill". We should explore how to improve the method of constructing Yunnan based on its own characteristics, realize the scientific developing theory and new idea of ecological civilization, overcome difficulties and solve problems of urbanization, industrialization and the cultivated land protection development and highlight the importance of improving quality of human resources.
