Study On The Pillar Industry Selection In Guizhou 's New Urbanization Under The Restriction Of Ecological Environment

In the yunnan-guizhou plateau karst area,guizhou province is China’s famous ethnic minority areas, fragile ecological environment, soil erosion and land rocky desertification serious.In the development process,industrialization as the only way of its economic and social development, Guizhou formed a resource-intensive model-based economic development, so entered the resource development and utilization of high tide. Development model based on resource consumption has brought environmental pollution and excessive waste of resources, and has seriously damaged the ecological environment in Guizhou region. To realize the coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environment in Guizhou,ecological factors must be considered in the course of its industrial development, under the constraints of the ecological environment,to select a pillar industry, to break the shackles of ecological environment, and win the harmonious development between man and nature in Guizhou Province. In the process of selection of the pillar industries in Guizhou region, we should take full account of the role of ecological environment constraints into industrial development, with the goal of sustainable development, to establish the pillar industry system to adapt to protection of the ecological environment, that is also the background of this dissertation.In recent years, with the introduction and development of new urbanization, the level and quality of national urbanization continuously improved. In this new situation, vigorously promote the process of urbanization in Guizhou is benefit for improving the level of urbanization, protecting the environment, at the same time providing the material basis for the selection and development of pillar industries in Guizhou. This paper analyzes ecological environment impacts on the selection and development of pillar industriesthe in the process of new urbanization, to choose a pillar industry in Guizhou provide,to hoping to provide ideas and methods of selecting a pillar industry of Guizhou.Based on the theoretical study of home and abroad, to explore the restraining effect of ecological environmental on the pillar industries chosen,to analyze the current situation of the industrial development and urbanization development,By the qualitative analysis of the market demand and guizhou regional comparative advantage and quantitative analysis of SPSS model,to determine a new pillar industry selection in urbanization under the constraint of the ecological environment,at the same time suggest measures to promote the development of pillar industry.This paper consists of five parts, the first part describes the background and significance of the topic, defining ideas and methods, as well as the core concept; the second part describes the theoretical study of pillar industry selection home and abroad, the new urbanization and ecological environment take new demands for pillar industry selection; the third part is the development status of urbanization and industrial development in Guizhou Province and found the problem; the fourth part of is the qualitative and quantitative analysis, selection and identification of the pillar industries in Guizhou region; fifth part is under the ecological environmental constraints,in Guizhou new urbanization proposed the suggestion of pillar industries.
