Study On Underground Operation Quality Management In Jiangsu Oilfield

Downhole operation is an important method to predict oil production, remove the faults of oil and water wells and implement measures to stabilize and increase the oil production. Along with the expanding exploration and development, most of domestic oil fields have entered the middle and later stage of development in the recent years with oil casing aging, which directly leads to more frequent and complex underground breakdowns with an increasing complexity for operations and quality control. Along with the accelerated marketization of oil industry, competition of downhole operation companies has been intensified. Together with the decline of oil price and Sinopec reorganization, higher demands upon downhole operation quality management have been requested. It is urgent to make up for the weakness in the quality management process in order to improve qualities and strengthen core competitiveness. Therefore, this essay studies Jiangsu Oilfield, analyzes the operation quality management process of downhole operation, and make recommendations to enhance the management process and thus makes it realistically meaning for the development of Jiangsu oil well downhole operation quality control management.This essay utilizes Document Research Methodology and Case Analysis Methodology, through document research, to know the current study situation of international quality control management, to study measures of downhole operation management of other domestic oil fields, and to conclude theories of downhole operation quality control, quality management concepts and its special features and difficulties. Through investigation of downhole operation quality managements and analysis upon the quality problems of Jiangsu oilfield, it has been found out the shortages of its management weak links which mainly locate in system management, personnel management, technical supports and management measurements.According to the problems in the downhole operation quality control management of Jiangsu Oilfield, measures to improve quality management are hereby recommended:systematically, establishing and perfecting design and quality assessment, improving quality analysis and customer feedback queries and quality valuation system; in personnel section, strengthening quality control, professional technique training courses, and enhance talents cultivation and encouragement system; technically, focusing more on technology breakthrough, promoting new technologies, and encouraging staff members to participate in technology innovations; administratively, perfecting operation process control, establishing operation quality supervision system, unifying quality standards, increasing quality evaluation, promoting quality improvements and pushing forward the whole operational system.It is hoped, through all the stated measures, that the risk control of downhole operation will be improved as well as its operation and service qualities in Jiangsu Oilfield, thus to enhance the overall efficiencies and core competitiveness of it, and to confront and defeat the challenges under multi-pressures of international low oil price, new economic environment and state-owned corporation revolutions.
