| Under the position of intensely competitive market, the nature of the quality concept has changed. It has becoming the only standard judging the product quality of the enterprises whether can be make customers satisfied. Facing the rapid progress of science, the pressure coming from the opponents and the shortages of the enterprises, it must improve the product quality and make the quality control system more perfect, improving the processes that make products so as to meet the needs of customers, the enterprise can be in favorably competitive position.By conversation investigation, statistics, analyze of game theory, using the quality control theory and tools, the manner of science of organizational behavior, the paper discussed the actuality of quality control, quality plan and control of the operation project, project quality assurance in processes in improving the quality control system of TuHa downhole operation company, found the universality of the problem: the quality of personnel, quality consciousness, behavior management can not meet quality requirements and tried to look for the common reason and analyzing it's root reason, to design a quality control system, satisfaction management, quality improving system. Its aim was to introduce advanced quality management technology, the introduction of advanced quality management concepts, improve the quality management system effectiveness and operational efficiency. In the end, it discussed some theories on improving quality control of the enterprise, gives some advices and solutions to improve the quality of operation project, points out the direction and solution for the enterprise to improve the quality control system.It is most important for the enterprise to study the quality control system on the situation that enterprise keep on improving the quality of operation project and to realize sustainable development, and the paper is also use for references for other operation company of petroleum industry. |
