On the conclusion of the analysis above, the article adopts SWOT analysis which combining the opportunities, threats, competitive edges and disadvantages of SC property insurance company of Ordos, finds out that diversification strategy is the suitable market strategies for the company. In the last part, the article states how to ensure the smooth implement of development strategy for the SC property insurance company of Ordos from four aspects include organizational structure, institution building, human resource and technology.
