Research On Synergetic Innovation Of High - Tech Industry In Shanxi Province

As the technology changing rapidly, the competition of economy and even overall strength among regions is science and technology, and the focus of competition is high-tech and high-tech industry. For Shanxi province which faced with comprehensive restructuring, developing high-tech industry in Shanxi is particularly important. Synergistic innovation has become an effective way to improve innovation capability and industrial competitiveness. Therefore, to enhance the competitive advantage further and step up its development in Shanxi high-tech industry, it must achieve synergistic innovation and development.Based on literature review, technology innovation theory, cooperative learning theory, synergistic innovation of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province were studied. Firstly, analyze the overall situation and the status quo of Shanxi synergistic innovation of high-tech industries visually. Secondly, study the meaning and characteristics, driving factors and evolutionary process of synergistic innovation system in high-tech industry. On this basis, build a theoretical model and evaluation index system of synergistic innovation system in high-tech industry. What’s more, choose a composite way to measure the degree of synergistic innovation system. analyse the degree of synergistic innovation from the horizontal and vertical extent of Shanxi high-tech industry. It concluded that:(1) From the horizontal perspective, the degree of synergistic innovation in Shanxi high-tech industry ranked No.22 in our country, in the lower level.(2) From the vertical perspective, the order-degree of innovation subsystem in the industry moves upward, the order-degree of the external innovation environment subsystem is fluctuating, so does the overall degree of synergistic innovation in high-tech industry by external environment subsystem volatility of order-degree. It shows that only when the degree of order of each subsystem is good, and cooperate with each other between the subsystems, the degree of overall coordination of complex systems will be good. Finally, according to the empirical results, make suggestions for the development of synergistic innovation in Shanxi high-tech industry from industry level and government level.
