Analysis On Risk Internal Control Management Of Small And Medium - Sized Joint - Stock Commercial Banks

Over the years, with the deepening of economic globalization, the unceasing change of domestic and international economic environment and fierce competition among commercial Banks, commercial Banks within their own risks are constantly exposed, directly harm the health of the economy. Firstly, on the basis of previous research, this article comprehensively combed the theory research of small joint-stock commercial bank risk control management, and builds the theoretical framework of small joint-stock commercial banks. Then this article specifically analyze China’s small and medium-stock commercial bank’s internal risk performance, causes and effects, and detailed analyze the current development of small joint-stock commercial banks’internal control risks. This article focus on the theoretical study of small joint-stock commercial bank risk management content, select a typical case of ZH bank, use analysis knowledge in the MBA programme, such as the management, accounting, financial management, case analysis, and systematically use financial statement analysis method with the real financial data to analyze useful bank’s financial position and operating conditions, and then search for the risks and analyze the nature, to seek the most appropriate measures to deal with risks. Finally, this article propose to our country small and medium-sized shareholding commercial bank’s risk control management advice from three ways, improving their own cultural construction of small and medium commercial banks, enhancing performance evaluation of internal control and supervision, and the internal management. The financial index analysis system will be more scientific through cutting and has a high application value, which is a great innovation of this article.
