University-run enterprise is the unique type of business appeared in the development of Chinese national economy and education industries. Since the development of the socialist market economy, guided by the policies of Chinese government, university-run enterprises continue to grow and develop, promote the innovation of science and technology and upgrading of industry of our country, own obvious comprehensive economic and social benefits, and have been an important part of the national economy. University-run enterprises have made certain achievements, however, part of the university-run enterprises have been economically inefficient and under poor management and operation condition, and the reasons for such situation are multiple and complicated. The situation that the human resource management system of some university-run enterprises cannot adapt to the market competition is one of the important reasons.This paper takes G company of A University as an object of study, and through questionnaires, interviews, investigation, literature review and other methods, the development history and the present situation of G company of A University are analyzed, and the problems existed in the human resource management system of the company and the specific reasons are deeply understood. Based on the analysis of problems in the human resource system of G Company, together with the current situation of restructuring of university-run enterprises, the basic reason of problems in human resource system of G Company is analyzed, and the precondition design of the reform of human resource system is proposed. Combining the relevant theories of modern human resource management, this paper puts forward strategies and measures for the transformation and optimization of the human resource management system of the company, taking the human resource planning, recruitment and deployment, training and development, performance management, salary management and employee relationship management as the skeleton.In combination with analysis on the management system theory of modern enterprises and university-run enterprises, this paper proposes the particularity and complexity of the management system of university-run enterprises; and based on this, it also summarizes the characteristics of the human resource system of university-run enterprises compared with other enterprises. The originality of this paper lies in the combination of the analysis on the human resource management system of university-run enterprises and the restructuring of university-run enterprises, and the proposal of the feasible solutions to the problems existed in the human resource management system of G company by taking the six systems of human resource management system as the skeleton and combining the particularity and complexity of the system and human resource system of university-run enterprises.
