Abstract/Summary:
The development of socioeconomics allows commercial banks to penetrate all aspects of people’s daily life. Aside from facing increasingly fierce competition, the employees in China Commercial Bank are now faced with a more complicated workload. Phenomenons such as overwork, exhaustion and psychological pressure occur in bank employees. More and more staff are tired of the work they are engaged in that influences the work efficiency, quality and standard inevitably. On an individual basis, bank employees suffer burnout which leads to low attention span, not being active while at work, decreasing the level of work capacity. For the organization, the burnout psychology and performance of employees--will influence the work quality and efficiency of the whole organization. Therefore companies should give attention to the products and influences of employees burnout. Related studies show that the organization’s behavior will have an affect on burnout. Sense of Organizational support is an important factor in behavioristics which affects the study of burnout. This paper, based on the perception of "sense of organizational support" analyzes the burnout and helps organizations formulate appropriate human resource management measures.According to this article, carry out a theoretical study on burnout and a sense of organizational support. Then, based on the existing research data, we design the questionnaire of burnout and of sense of organizational support. During the course of survey, employees in BRCB were chosen as survey target.135 questionnaires were distributed in total,120 valid questionnaires were taken back. We study on BRCB employees’burnout, sense of organizational support and the interrelationship between them through the valid questionnaires and statistical analysis method.Using statistical software to analyze it and draw the following conclusion: demographics variable exist differences in varying degrees on both burnout and sense of organizational support; from the descriptive statistics, inferring that the level of employees’burnout is medium, the level of sense of organizational support is medium. It can infer that "work supports, value recognition, benefit concerns" influence the employees’burnout situation. Therefore, rural commercial bank could make corresponding management measures to improve employees’sense of organizational support, decreased burnout, better working mood, improve work efficiency.
