At present, corporation staff has suffered heavy working pressure and can easily have the feeling of job burnout. Therefore, based on the investigation of job burnout of staffs and their perceived organizational support, this paper analyses and explores the influence of different variables in population statistics upon the job burnout and perceived organizational support, and the correlation of the two. Moreover,this paper makes some suggestions on relieving corporation staff's job burnout from the perspective of perceived organizational support. Questionnaire is applied in the research. Based on the review of past related literature, this paper chooses 160 representatives as samples from Beijing, Zhen Zhou, Cheng Du, Chang Sha, Shen Zhen and other three cities. The data are collected and analyzed to achieve the following results:1. The degree of general job burnout of staffs is not high;2. Staffs have a general attitude toward perceived organizational support, higher middle level;3. Personal differences have different influences upon job burnout and perceived organizational support;4. The relation of the support and job burnout shows negative;5. The profit concern expressed by organizations to staffs has better role of foreseeing emotional exhaustion in job burnout;6. The work support expressed by organizations to staffs has better role of foreseeing depersonalization in job burnout;7. The profit concern expressed by organizations to staffs has better role of foreseeing diminished personal accomplishment in job burnout.
