Research On The Value Of Technical Standard In Enterprise Product Innovation

Technical standard is the key component of national strategy, the global impact of technical standard is escalating.That Standard is the World becomes an industrial common practice. The strategic value of the technical standard is the main factor for companies to invest on technical standard and becomes the significant topic for the research of technical standard as well.Technical standard has a strong co-evolution effect with product innovation. This paper makes a research based on the effect value of technical standard for product innovation. First, this paper analyzes the effect mechanism of technical standard for product innovation, including rules disciplining, quality contro lling and technical dependence. Then, this paper discusses the effect mode of technical standard for product innovation, through external elements, internal elements and standard itself, according to these elements, this paper establishes a value index system of the technical standard in the companies’ product innovation and uses AHP to calculate every index weight. After that, this paper applies Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation and uses case of HUAWEI Co.Ltd. to check the effectiveness of the index system. Finally, stating the significance of the standard for enhancing the value of product innovation and proposes many tactics to enforce the strategy of technical standard. The research shows: technical standard has a huge positive function on product innovation and setting up an evaluating index system is a effective way to measure the value.
