A Study On The Driving Factors Of Regional Transfer In China 's Manufacturing Industry

With the development of the Reform and Opening up Policy, the southeast regions of our country have gained rapid economic development because of the non balanced growth strategy, while the development of central and western regions which is majority of our country is far behind the average level. Therefore, the destination of “Western Development” and “Midland Rise” strategy is significant measure to realize the developing and developed regions of economic cooperative development, scientific and reasonable guiding the regional industry transference is one of the important means.Manufacturing Industry is an irreplaceable component of our economic system, which could provides a lot of jobs in the labor market, so the transfer of Manufacturing Industry among the different regions, has become an effective measure of upgrading the industrial structure, and promoting regional economic development.In view of this, on the basis of related researches which specialize in industry transferring, the thesis takes the development of Manufacturing Industry as the research object. By the means of manufacturing agglomeration index, the thesis has analyses the manufacturing industry transferring and agglomeration of the manufacturing industry.The eastern region is still the main manufacturing industry gathering area, but there is the tendency of transferring from the southeast regions to the central and west regions.In the measuring part, this paper analyzes the influence of different factors on the transfer of industry through stepwise regression model, econometric model analysis showed that the main influencing factors of several regions are different.
