Research On Development Strategy Of AL Company

With the rapid development of China Telecom industry for ten years, has spawned a number of excellent domestic BSS/OSS enterprise software vendors. The object of research in this paper, AL company is a leading supplier of BSS/OSS software. But with the telecom industry maturity of software upgrade, as well as the competitor entered, AL company is facing a series of challenges in the future.This paper analyses the present development situation of AL company and the challenges currently facing, including analysis of the current development of industry and its competitors and etc., the paper is using PEST and Potter’s five forces model to analyze the internal and external environment, carries on the description to the development strategy of common, using BCG matrix analysis method to choose the development strategy of AL company future. Depending on the chosen strategy to put forward the strategy, to guaranteed the implementation of enterprise development strategy, the internal organization structure reorganization and the business process improvement are needed. Finally give some personal recommendations for the future development of AL company.
