A Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization Process And Real Estate Development In China

After reforming and opening, the process of Chinese urbanization moves fast. We share the strong development power and wealth of the urbanization. At the same time, we also must deal seriously with a series of social and economic problems. Therefore, according to the theory of sustainable development, reasonable to advance urbanization, China is facing the great history task in twenty-first Century. The urbanization changes process and the real estate industry have always maintained a very close relationship. This can be proved by domestic and foreign experience. Based on the development status quo analysis of the real estate and urbanization, the thesis explored the correlation between the real estate and urbanization, to dig out the most important factor in all influential factors, and proposed some policy prescriptions improving the harmonious development of the real estate and urbanization.
