With the world economic downturn, decreasing the purchasing power of chinese consumers decreases domestic consumption. In the motor sales’ field,how to win in the market, own the market opportunities, hold the customer are the biggest questions, concerning the various car manufacturers can get profit or not.The writer is working in the global motor sales company nearly ten years, knowing lots of related business, and researching in the area, using BPR planning approach combing the business and information system for T company’s workflow. Using business characteristic of motor production, sales, service, parts, value chain, finance and system characteristic of ERP, CRM, BI, portal system, provide a whole plan for building Dealer Management System. This plan is using the system to hold the whole workflow, using the system information to revised plan, using the system to management and control the business. After the new Dealer management system released for T company, it is usefully for provide the competitive power in the motor filed in China. This thesis completed content:(1) is currently more popular BPR Planning Act more in-depth study and resolve.(2) the use of BPR planning approach combing the business content of the T company, and a detailed analysis and research.(3) analysis of the IT environment of the T company to build a new generation of Dealer Management System.(4) The profit and problem after using the Dealer Management System.
