Meanwhile the natural source is less and less such as sand, aggregate etc. so high performing concrete additive is becoming 1 of most solution to improve concrete performance under this status. With new technology developing, the concrete additive is transferring from traditional system by ligno, Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate to Poly carboxylic acid(PCE). Especially in the biggest construction market of China, PCE water reducer demand is with huge increasing in past few year, also more and more production line were generated under this fast growing Market. Now PCE market also is facing disordered competition without quality controlling and minimum profit margin. As a global leading company of construction chemical, Swiss S company has more than 20 years operation in China with more than 10 factories in different region. Even they are leading in PCE technology but they have to face strong competition in China market to keep business growing. Under this situation how to have the lowest cost and high quality of material to ensure market share with certain profit margin is becoming the most important topic for Swiss S company.The first the thesis will analysis the purpose of this article and technical routine under PCE market and purchasing status of Swiss S company.
